Something interesting has been happening over the last year or so.

products, content, workflows, businesses… even how people think about building careers.
And in the middle of all this, there’s a gap that’s hard to ignore:
A lot of women are around this shift,
but not enough are deep inside it , building, experimenting, shaping what comes next.
Not because of lack of interest. Mostly because there isn’t a clear, practical entry point. That’s what we’ve been thinking about.
